I just bought myself a new device in hope that it will motivate me to be less sedentary and make use of my mobility of limbs. Stepometer it is. I put it to try today running and walking around the stadium this afternoon and what get is:
4.63 kilometer - what? I thought I've walked myself far enough to stretch a path to China
227.2 kcal - it barely burns the Cheezkits snack I ate and napped-on that afternoon
7728 steps - 10,000 steps is the target to improve physical fitness. Damn this device is so pragmatically disillusioning.
Today I just figure out that two laps around the stadium is below than average. And so I thought I was cool all this while. Damn it!
