Here Comes The Rain…and The Storm…yup Tornado too

Dah lama tak buat entry berisi dan panjang. Gratitude Challenge still ongoing but I think it is better to keep it to myself and my physical journal. Now tengah busy (nah…I lied) dengan thesis. Undecided antara nak buat XDR TB atau TB in HIV. Guess I will have to go back to IPR untuk refer balik record patient. The catch is XDR TB patient of mine tu record dia panjang nak mampus. Last time it was 2 wallets and 2 folder tebal +/- 3 inches each. That patient of mine, I wrote about in my last entry is indeed an interesting case. He is heroin user on methadone therapy, extended drug resistant TB with multiple default, in an out of IPR isolation room like it was his second home, but, unless I am ready to go to mental hospital (as collateral damage) reviewing his case, I rather choose the clear cut and simple case like the latter; TB in HIV patient.

This case is female Indonesian now a ‘penduduk tetap’ with TB that was diagnosed first sebelum HIV. HIV was diagnosed accidental sewaktu buat procedure kat HKL. It is simple but bagi aku yang masochist terhadap diri sendiri, nak jugak torture diri semata-mata untuk kepuasan (matilah S&M kan?). But, given the time is so short, I should settle for less.

I am grateful (<--get hang of this word) that our long cases was discounted into 8 instead of 16, somehow I woke up in the morning wishing that that 8 was further discounted into none. Here the binary principle suddenly made sense ALL or NONE, brief and decisive.

Viva and presentation. This is a cry for help. Any senior want to tips me on this secara ikhlas-ly.
Forensic Medicine Final. Wow, this is orgasm. Just as you think I couldn’t be any worse…it does. But I take…I take it like a man should. Come on, throw some more. I eat challenges for breakfast, lunch, dinner and supper. How do you think I got blocked coronary?

WITH GRATITUDE AND BLISS
